- All orders placed before 12PM US Central Time, Monday-Friday, will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12PM US Central Time will be processed the following business day. Orders are not processed on Saturday or Sunday. During peak holiday seasons, order processing may be delayed up to one business day due to volume.
- Order changes and cancellations must be made BEFORE the order is processed. Once the order has been processed, we cannot make any changes or cancel the order.
PLEASE NOTE: When an order is processed, it is packed, labeled, and ready to ship. On some occasions, the carrier will not pick the package up on the date it was processed.
All orders are packaged and shipped by our third party logistics provider in Grapevine, TX, USA.
Delivery time within the United States is between 3 and 7 business days.
International delivery times are between 7 and 30 business days, depending on where you are in the World. We take pride in shipping to customers just about anywhere, but it will take time. We don't like to make specific promises by country because we really are at the mercy of the international carriers, but if you have questions about your specific country, please reach out and we can try to give you some more information.
International shipments may be delayed by Customs. Your country's Customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. You are responsible for cooperating with your Country's regulations regarding Import and Customs, and we will not offer refunds to customers who refuse to provide information or pay any applicable import duties.
Our return policy is 14 days from date of receipt. Any qualifying order can request a refund within 14 days for any reason. Returns are at customer's expense. When we receive your return, we will refund your purchase by the same means by which we were paid.
We will not refund items missing original packaging or tags, and the items must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them. In order for your return to be processed, your order number must be visible on the outside of the package.
We will not provide a refund if we ship a package to the address you provided to us when you ordered, and the package is undeliverable at that address. It is your responsibility to provide us with a valid address.
