Shipping & Returns
***COVID-19 UPDATE: Our fulfillment provider has added one day to their normal promised shipping timelines. So add a possible one business day delay to our normal standards below:
- All orders from the US and the rest of the world except the EU and the UK placed before 12PM US Central Time, Monday-Friday, will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12PM US Central Time will be processed the following business day. Orders are not processed on Saturday or Sunday. During peak holiday seasons, order processing may be delayed up to one business day due to volume.
- Orders from the EU (excluding Cyprus, Greece, Latvia, Malta, Romania, Slovenia, and Sweden) or UK placed before 12PM Dublin time, Monday-Friday, will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12PM Dublin time will be processed the following business day. Orders are not processed on Saturday or Sunday. During peak holiday seasons, order processing may be delayed up to one business day due to volume.
- Order changes and cancellations must be made BEFORE the order is processed. Once the order has been processed, we cannot make any changes or cancel the order.
PLEASE NOTE: When an order is processed, it is packed, labeled, and ready to ship. On some occasions, the carrier will not pick the package up on the date it was processed.
All US and rest of world orders are packaged and shipped by our third party logistics provider in Grapevine, TX, USA.
All EU (excluding Cyprus, Greece, Latvia, Malta, Romania, Slovenia, and Sweden) and UK orders are packaged and shipped by our third party logistics provider in Kilkenny, Ireland.
US: USPS First Class 2-4 Day Shipping: $4.90 on orders under $100, FREE on orders over $100.
EU* and UK: Orders ship from Ireland, 3-7 days for $7.50, FREE for orders over $100!
*Excluding Cyprus, Greece, Latvia, Malta, Romania, Slovenia, and Sweden. These countries ship from the US for $5.
Mexico: International Express: $20
Rest of World: International Standard: $5
**Temporary: Due to COVID-19, there is a large number of countries to which can can no longer ship. An up to date list can be found on the website of the USPS here. We try to keep up with this constantly changing list and prevent sales in countries to which we cannot ship, but occasionally we miss an update. If we cannot ship to you but still allow you to place an order, we will refund you in full.
Also, we can only offer International Express for $30 to the Lodi province of Italy.
Package transit time within the United States is between 2 and 4 business days via USPS First Class. Delivery time will be the sum of the processing time described above and the package transit time.
Package transit time for shipments from our Ireland warehouse is between 3 and 7 days. Delivery time will be the sum of the processing time described above and the package transit time.
International Standard delivery times are between 7 and 30 business days, depending on where you are in the World. We take pride in shipping to customers just about anywhere, but it will take time. We don't like to make specific promises by country because we really are at the mercy of the international carriers, but if you have questions about your specific country, please reach out and we can try to give you some more information.
Due to significant delays with International Standard shipping to Mexico, at this time we are only able to offer International Express at the rate quoted above. Our customer experience is our highest priority, and we are not willing to accept the time it takes for Standard shipping to arrive in Mexico.
International shipments may be delayed by Customs. Your country's Customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. You are responsible for cooperating with your Country's regulations regarding Import and Customs, and we will not offer refunds to customers who refuse to provide information or pay any applicable import duties.
Shipment from our EU warehouse to EU addresses will not be subject to import duties!
Our return policy is 30 days from date of receipt. Any qualifying order can request a refund within 30 days for any reason. If you are in the US, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com, and we will provide you with a return label to our warehouse. Returns are at customer's expense, so we will deduct the cost of the return shipping from your refund.
Unfortunately we cannot provide return labels to our international customers. Please contact our customer service team for instructions for international returns.
We will not refund items missing original packaging or tags, and the items must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them.
We will not provide a refund if we ship a package to the address you provided to us when you ordered, and the package is undeliverable at that address. It is your responsibility to provide us with a valid address.
