Shipping & Returns

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed the same day that they are received.
  • If you would like to cancel your order or change details such as the address, it MUST be done the same day the order was made.  If it is the following day, unfortunately nothing can be changed or cancelled as your order will have been processed.  

PLEASE NOTE: Order processed does not mean it was shipped.  It means that our system notified the manufacturer to package the product and send to the postal service to be shipped out.  

  • All order done before 8.00AM French time is shipped the same day. 
  • All orders are shipped maximum 24h after the purchase.

Delivery Time

Delivery time takes between 3 days and 10 days, depending on where are you in the World. 
Delays may also occur as a result of International Customs Inspections. Your country's Customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. The recipient takes full responsibility for your local Government's and postal regulations regarding Import and Customs, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country. 
Most orders will be delivered by your local post service as regular registered mail, (USPS for the United States, Royal Mail for the United Kingdom). If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise you on how and where your package should be collected.

- USA : 5 days

-UK : 3 days

- France, Germany, Spain, Portugal : 4 days

- Rest of Europe : 5 days

- India : 4 days

- Australia, NZ : 3 days

- Mexico : 4 days

- Brazil, Argentina : 7 days

- Rest of the World : 7 days

Returns

Our return policy is 14 days from date of receipt. Any qualifying order can request a refund within 14 days for any reason.

The following items do not qualify for returns or refunds:

Items missing original packaging and or tags

Items shipped to the wrong address due to customer error when ordering

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
