We are based in Paris, France ! Our team in working in offices in the heart of Paris.

Why should I pay in US dollar ?
We are an international brand, selling everywhere around the world. For technical questions, we can accept just one currency on our shop. The most accepted and known currency is the American Dollar, that's why we have chosen it. However no worries, if you pay 30$, you will get charged on your bank account at the exact amount in €, £, INR, RMB. So you can pay in $ even if you don't have an account with $.
How can I track my delivery?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If for some reason you are not able to track it, please write at email@example.com
Can I change my order ?
You can change the products your ordered if you write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 12h after you made your order. (No online chat, for more efficiency)
Can I cancel my order?
After payment confirmation, canceling order is possible during next 24h ! If you decide to cancel your order, please write us on email@example.com. (No online chat) Anyway we strongly advice to check your choice before confirming your order.
How long is the delivery?
Delivery time takes between 3 and 10 days, depending on where you are in the world.
What if my product arrived damaged?
