Will your sunglasses protect my eyes??

Yes! All our sunglasses comply with international standards for UVA/UVB 400 protection. Several of our styles feature polarized lenses, and you can find them here.

Can I put prescription lenses in your sunglasses?

Many of our customers send their glasses to lensabl.com for prescription lenses. Some also have their local optometrist put in prescription lenses, but we often hear that they will not put lenses in glasses they do not sell. We recommend checking out Lensabl!

Is it safe to order on Dubranchet.com ? 🔒
Dubranchet.com is secured by Shopify. We never have access to your credit card information, because all payments are processed through Shop Pay, a third party payment processors which is fully PCI compliant, or through your favorite secure wallet application, like PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Venmo and more. 
You will also notice that down in the bottom right hand corner of our page, you will see a TrustedSite icon. This is a 3rd party site security verification tool that regularly monitors our page for security. TrustedSite provides qualifying customers with 90 days of TrustedSite Shopper Identity Protection after every purchase. How long will it take to get my shades?
US orders ship from Grapevine, TX via USPS First Class and are usually delivered in 2-4 business days after dispatch. Orders from the EU and UK ship from Kilkenney, Ireland and usually arrive within 3-7 business days after dispatch. Orders from all other countries ship from our US warehouse and take from 7-30 days, depending on the country.
How can I track my delivery?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If for some reason you are not able to track it, please write to us at contact@dubranchet.com

Can I change my order ?

There is a very short window in which you may be able to make a change to your order before it is processed. If you need to make a change, please us at contact@dubranchet.com as soon as possible so that we can try to make the change before the order is processed for shipping. Once the order is processed, we cannot make any changes. 

Can I return my order if I don't like it ? 

Our return policy is 30 days from date of receipt. If you are in the US, please contact our customer service team at contact@dubranchet.com, and we will provide you with a return label to our warehouse. US returns are free! 

Unfortunately we cannot provide return labels to our international customers. Please contact our customer service team for instructions for international returns.

We will not refund items missing original packaging or tags, and the items must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them. 

We will not provide a refund if we ship a package to the address you provided to us when you ordered, and the package is undeliverable at that address. It is your responsibility to provide us with a valid address.

What if my product arrived damaged?

In the unlikely event that your product has been damaged in shipping, please contact us at contact@dubranchet.com. We can ship replacement products at no additional charge if you provide us photos of the damage.
